Founder & Group Executive Chairman of Chester Global Group

Dato’ Howard Chew, founder of the Chester Group of Companies (est. 2006), is a prominent figure in real estate and entrepreneurship. With over 20 years of experience in new project sales, sub-sales, leasing and land joint venture facilitation, he pioneered the “Bulk Purchase King” concept in 2009, helping more than 26,000 investors secure properties below market value. Under his leadership, Chester Properties Agency has expanded to 18 branches with over 6,000 negotiators, achieving total group sales of RM20 billion GDV, averaging RM2.5 billion annually.

In 2020, he founded the Black Card Platform, a business community with over 870 subscribers across various industries and countries, providing networking opportunities and access to exclusive property and investment portfolio opportunities.

In 2022, Dato’ Howard ventured into property development with Tulip Residence (GDV RM230 million), which was successfully completed in the 4th quarter of 2024 with vacant possession delivered.

Continuing to expand his presence in the real estate industry, Dato’ Howard established Chester Citadel Ventures in 2025, the Group’s finance division, focusing on structured real estate financing and investment portfolio opportunities.
