Mr.Kam is appointed as the group CEO since 2017 to assist and bring in new ideas on the company's growth .

He has 18 years’ of experience in real estate industry as he has been involving in secondary market , primary project sales and international properties marketing .

Before joining Chester Properties , Mr.Kam being a Director for KNK Development S/B had brought him more exposure towards construction and development fields. He always share the same motto of the Chairman as Teamwork make success .
